How to Caucus this year:

As in other years, the first step is the precinct caucus. Given the ongoing pandemic, this part of the process will not be in person this year. Instead, you can fill out this online caucus form to indicate that you wish to be a delegate at the senate district convention later this spring. While the online form is preferable, you may instead fill out and print this “non-attendee” form

A few important notes:

  1. This form takes the place of the precinct caucuses. Submitting the form makes you eligible to participate in the endorsement process as a delegate or alternate to the senate district convention, which is expected to occur on March 20. Please make sure to check the box indicating that you wish to be a delegate!

  2. You may submit your form anytime before 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 1. The Senate District 64 DFL website lays out the different ways you can get your form in, including hand-delivering it to Linwood Recreation Center between 6:30 and 9:00 p.m. on February 1.

  3. The process for endorsing candidates at the county, congressional, or state level begins with precinct caucuses.

Caucus Night Gathering!

After you fill out your caucus form above, make plans to join Dave, Rep. Kaohly Her, and Sen. Erin Murphy for a virtual caucus night gathering on Tuesday, February 1. While this is not necessary to participate in caucuses this year, we wanted to create space for supporters in our district to gather virtually.
